Keynote Speaker: Dr. Myk Garn
Myk Garn is the Director of Educational Technology for the Southern Regional Education Board (SREB), a nonprofit, nonpartisan organization that works with leaders and policymakers in 16 states. The SREB Educational Technology Cooperative provides information and analysis on the potential impact of educational technology to guide schools, colleges, state education agencies, and legislative policy makers as they create and expand effective uses of technology.

Tulsa Community College (TCC) faculty members and Alternative Course Materials Task Force members who have been researching textbook evolution for two years
- Rosemary Carlson is an Associate Professor of Chemistry at Tulsa Community College. She has a B.S. in Chemistry from University of Massachusetts at Dartmouth, and a Ph.D. in Inorganic Chemistry from Indiana University at Bloomington. She has taught at TCC West Campus since fall of 2003.
- Mike Dinneen is an Associate Professor of Political Science at Tulsa Community College. He earned his M.A. in Political Science from Oklahoma State University and has been a faculty member at TCC since 1978.
- Mary Cantrell is an Associate Professor of English who has been teaching at Tulsa Community College since 1990. Her MA in English/Creative Writing is from Iowa State University, and her BA in English/Creative Writing is from Knox College.
Lynn Greene is the Honors Specialist at Tulsa Community College and a part-time instructor in the Liberal Arts Division at TCC. Her MM in music is from Baylor University, and her BM, also in music, is from the University of Tulsa.
